Booking Terms & Conditions of Use

Prices

All Prices are per room per night and include breakfast.

Bookings

A booking by the client is deemed an acceptance of these terms. A booking is a contract, written or verbal, between ourselves, Meadowlea Guest House and the client, the person or company making the booking. (In the event of cancellation by ourselves, for any reason, a full refund will be given and alternative accommodation will be sought, but we will not be held responsible if this is not possible).

A credit/debit card is required to secure your reservation or a non-refundable deposit of ?10.00 per room per night.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by telephoning us on 01837 53200.

Cancellations made outside of 48 hours will lose the ?10.00 deposit. In the event of non arrival or cancellation within 48 hours of the date of arrival, the deposit will be lost and the balance of one nights accommodation will be charged to the credit/debit card.

Arrival & Departure

All rooms are available from 16.00 hours, unless previously arranged.

All rooms to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure.
