Booking Terms & Conditions of Use

Prices

All Prices are per room per night and include breakfast.

Bookings

A booking by the client is deemed an acceptance of these terms. A booking is a contract, written or verbal, between ourselves, Meadowlea Guest House and the client, the person or company making the booking. (In the event of cancellation by ourselves, for any reason, a full refund will be given and alternative accommodation will be sought, but we will not be held responsible if this is not possible).
We reserve the right to terminate your booking immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation where you engage in unacceptable behaviour that causes a disturbance or nuisance to other guests or are found to have been smoking on the premises.

A credit/debit card No. is required to secure your reservation or a deposit by cheque in the sum of one nights accommodation.
Please note, if booking via the on-line system the total cost of the booking will be taken at the time of making the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by telephoning us on 01837 53200.

Cancellations made outside of 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will have the deposit refunded in full. In the event of non arrival or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time, the deposit will be lost or the cost of one nights accommodation will be charged to the credit/debit card.

Arrival & Departure

All rooms are available from 15.00 hours, unless previously arranged.

All rooms to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure.
